Details
Eight robots were deployed in a dedicated 60-square-meter zone near the food court entrance. The layout allowed shoppers to browse and order from multiple robot types using a single queue system. Each robot was integrated with the mall’s loyalty program, allowing customers to earn and redeem points. The food service robots offered hot meals, snacks, and beverages, while the ice cream robots served both soft-serve and pre-packaged options. After four months of operation, the zone was serving over 1,500 orders daily, with the highest traffic during lunch hours and weekend afternoons.
