Details

Nine robots were deployed in a dedicated food plaza area near the park’s central hub: three coffee robots, three ice cream robots, and three food service robots. The plaza was designed with covered seating and shade structures, with the robots arranged in a U-shape to allow multiple simultaneous orders. The units were themed to match the park’s adventure zone aesthetic. During peak season, the plaza served over 3,000 guests daily, with the ice cream robots being the most popular during afternoon heat. The food service robots offered hot meals, snacks, and children’s meal options. The park reported a 50% increase in F&B revenue from the plaza area compared to the previous year’s concession stands.
