Service Boundary

We provide: fair selection & registration assistance, pre-trip schedule planning, on-site bilingual interpreting, on-site information collection (booth notes & photos), and a post-fair comparison report — no tour-guide services, no packaged tours. Tickets, registration, transport and all other third-party costs are paid by you directly.

Payment Method for Service Fee

The service fee (per your service plan email) is paid by bank transfer (T/T) or L/C, as selected when you submit your requirements.

Third-party costs

All other costs — tickets, registration, hotels, meals, transport and other third-party fees — are for your own account and paid by you directly to the third party. We only arrange and book on your behalf; we never collect these fees and never mark them up.

When each cost is paid — your advisor confirms the exact node in writing before every booking:

• Hotel — at reservation for most hotels (international card or bank transfer); a few hotels settle at check-out. With our partner hotels you may take our corporate rate and settle the bill with the hotel yourself at check-out — still not through us.
• Flights / high-speed rail — when the ticket is issued, on the airline / railway official channel (international card).
• Vehicles (airport pick-up, inter-city) — when the car is confirmed, before the service day, paid to the car company; rides you order yourself are paid to the driver or platform on the spot.
• Meals & small on-site items — on the spot. Venues that accept international cards: you pay with your own card. Venues that only take local payment: charged to your hotel account where possible, otherwise settled the same day against receipts with your accompanying consultant, at cost with no mark-up.
• Fair tickets & registration — to the organiser when you register, normally before the fair opens.

Service fee and third-party costs are always paid separately. The service fee goes to us by T/T or L/C (see above); third-party costs go to the third party, or are settled against receipts. We never bundle them into one payment and never add a margin.
